ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Physically Receive and unload items from trucks
- Deliver supplies to designated locations
- Safely Operate a manual pallet jack and powered pallet jack to move supplies
- Assist with inventory control
- Report any shortages, mis-picked items, damaged or otherwise incorrect shipments from vendors to the warehouse manager immediately.

Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.

Keep work area, coolers, freezers, office and dock in a clean and orderly manner

Maintain off-site warehouse of storage goods. Ensure locked areas are secure and keep warehouse clean and orderly

Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members

Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's and departmental management

Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
- Appropriate use of office equipment, including proficiency with personal computer including Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), telephone with voicemail system, fax machine, and copy machine.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately count physical inventory.
- Must be able to input in the receipt, verification, and storage of ordered goods.
- Safe and appropriate use of receiving dock and warehouse machinery, including pallet jack, power lifts, company vehicle, dolly, and push cart.
- Read, write, and understand simple instructions in english.
- Communicate appropriately with all casino guests, all casino departments, and fellow team members.
- Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal state, and local regulations
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties
