Job Purpose:
The Regional Surveillance Technology Manager oversees operations of the Surveillance Technology group and is
responsible for the oversight and management all day-to-day activities and functions associated with supporting and
maintaining the company’s Rhode Island based surveillance technology and related systems. This includes but is not
limited to cameras, servers, storage, network hardware, physical security electronics, cabling and all related security and
surveillance software.
Responsibilities also include supervising and managing the surveillance technology staff, as well as ensuring the
adherence to all regulatory requirements, as well as the proper maintenance and repairs, modifications, upgrades,
enhancements and/or development of all related systems and subsystems used within the facilities. Maintaining a program
of continuous improvement maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA) for surveillance technology related calls.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of IT application support experience
- MCSE and other industry certifications
- Supervisory and/or management experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in related field
License Requirements:
Any required Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations License
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for running the daily operations, scheduling, planning and supervision of the surveillance technology group and related staff
- · Maintain standards and compliance with all related regulatory requirements, as well as meeting with regulatory agency officials, as warranted.
- · Ensure proper coverage, quality of recordings, and adhering to mandated retention periods.
- · Formulate corporate technology strategy and long-term surveillance systems planning and related budgets
- · Responsible for development of schedules for equipment maintenance, repair and replacement
- · Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as set forth by the corporation
- · Manage vendors utilized for all projects, maintenance and support of surveillance technology systems
- · Manage the necessary material resources that support the surveillance technology systems, end users of those systems, and all related software and user access accounts.
- · Work closely with the Director of Information Technology to implement enterprise and property strategies, as related to corporation’s surveillance technology and related systems.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
- Frequently required to risk danger of electrical shock and/or radiation (from computers)
- · The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; when on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.
