JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting all aspects of the casino marketing department. Including increasing player data base, increasing player revenue, creation and implementation of special events, direct mail marketing, development and implementation of strategic plans to increase player activity, player relations, budgeting and maintaining the highest levels of guest service for casino guests, general advertising, and on-going implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans.
- Help direct the creation and execution of media, direct mail, and advertising.
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase casino revenue.
- Oversee the development and on-going implementation of casino web site.
- Assist in the creation of special events, promotions, and casino giveaways.
- Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed by exceeding the guest’s expectations for resolution.
- Maintain strong customer service skills.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the Player’s Club.
- Perform public address announcements as required.
- Ability to communicate with all departments.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- Any and all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead by setting a professional example.
- Must possess leadership and mentoring skills.
- At least 5 years in previous marketing position.
- Knowledgeable in casino marketing.
- Must be creative and innovative in the development of special events, promotions and strategies in order to successfully increase player activity as it relates to capturing, maintaining and reclamation of casino players and their level of play.
