We're Bally's, and we've always been born to entertain.
Since the Ballyverse began way back in 1932, we've been creating engaging experiences everywhere, in a way that's accessible for everyone. Across Casinos & Resorts, Interactive, and Corporate, from the gaming floor to peoples' phones, we bring the thrill wherever our customers want to play.
But none of it would be possible without our people. Our team of 11,500 diverse minds who love what they do, celebrate each other's wins, and find fun in creating moments that matter. Whether you're energized by guest connection, technical innovation, or both, there's a place for you at Bally's.
With everything our people give us, it's only right we give them some perks and benefits in return. These will differ from location to location, but here's a taste of what could be available to you.
Everyone finds their fun a little differently, and that's exactly how we like it. To tell you what it's like to work here, we'll let our team do the talking. Hear from some of the people behind the Bally's fun.
"My Bally's journey began in 2007 in cashier and server roles while I was finishing my degree. Today, as Regional Executive Director of HR, I'm proud to show that real career growth is possible here."
"My Mom has worked her way up to be where she is today and has always been a fantastic face across the property. She inspired me to join the business and I've been here over 5 years now."
"Two years ago, I recommended my son Ryan to check out our Security department. It would help him meet so many people and see him working with great staff. Momma was right."
"I have so much pride in being part of Bally's. I recently got to represent Bally's at an event and it was incredibly rewarding to showcase the work we're driving forward and the ambitious vision we're pursuing in Legal Operations."

Here are some frequently asked questions about the role, what it's like to work at Bally's and more.
At Bally's, no two interviews are the same because no two candidates or roles are the same. Our team will guide you through each stage, keep you informed, and ensure you know what to expect along the way. Depending on the role, the process may include an intro call, interviews with the hiring manager, and potentially a technical task or final-stage conversation.
We recommend three things: Know the role. Know Bally's. Know your stories. Research Bally's, the role you've applied for, and the team you'd be joining. Come prepared with specific examples from your experience that demonstrate relevant skills and be ready to speak to why this opportunity is right for you.
For most roles, business casual is the way to go. Your appearance is your "business card", so choose something that feels professional, but true to you. If your interview is on-site, closed-toe shoes are recommended, as interviews may include a tour of the facility.
Yes. Our interviews can be held virtually. If you are interviewing online, we recommend making sure you have a stable internet connection and choosing a quiet, well-lit space where you won't be interrupted.
Technical skills are important but they're only part of the picture. Beyond role-specific expertise, we're interested in your passion for your work, your purpose and how you add value, and your potential to learn, grow, and evolve. We value curiosity, collaboration, and unique perspectives. Because that's what helps our teams raise their game together.
Absolutely. We encourage candidates to come prepared with questions. Interviews are a two-way conversation, and your questions are a great way to show curiosity, motivation, and a genuine interest in the role, the team, and life at Bally's. It's also your opportunity to explore how your skills, ideas, and ambitions can contribute to our shared success.
Your Bally's partner, employment administrator, or candidate experience manager (depending on the role) will be your main point of contact throughout the process and is always happy to help with questions, preparation, or next steps.
Once you apply, your resume goes directly to our hiring team. You'll get an email confirmation right away so you know we have it. If your experience is a strong match, we'll be in touch.
You can expect:
A Phone Screening – talking background, interests, and the opportunity.
1-3 Interviews – going deeper into the role, meeting key stakeholders, and getting a real feel for how we work.
Process steps may vary by role and location.
When you join us, we want to set you up for success from day one. You'll go through an onboarding experience tailored to your role and location, designed to get you connected, informed, and productive quickly.
