The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
Constant exposure to outdoor climates
Occasional: standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Frequent: sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands
Speech and Vision abilities are required

At Bally's, no two interviews are the same because no two candidates or roles are the same. Our team will guide you through each stage, keep you informed, and ensure you know what to expect along the way. Depending on the role, the process may include an intro call, interviews with the hiring manager, and potentially a technical task or final-stage conversation.

For most roles, business casual is the way to go. Your appearance is your "business card", so choose something that feels professional, but true to you. If your interview is on-site, closed-toe shoes are recommended, as interviews may include a tour of the facility.
Yes. Our interviews can be held virtually. If you are interviewing online, we recommend making sure you have a stable internet connection and choosing a quiet, well-lit space where you won't be interrupted.
