Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent high - quality service to all our team members and guests.
- maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve favorable gaming experience for guests.
- Assist the culinary teams in quality checks for all food and beverage presentations and displays throughout the division.
- Monitor all wait stations, host stand, and general appearance of the restaurant to assure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in establishing standards of performance, quality of products, service, staffing levels/cost and food/beverage cost.
- Oversee inventory. Maintain and order inventory as needed to serve guests.
- Manage escalated guest service issues appropriately and discreetly.
- Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding alcohol consumption.
- Others duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least three years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Target Salary Range : $22.07 per hour
WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS
The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.
Occasional exposure to outdoor climates
Occasional: standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Frequent: sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands
Speech and Vision abilities are required
