35 years in a career that means more than work
For over three decades, Ameeta has worked at Bally's Atlantic City on the Environmental Services team, and she still loves every single day she comes to work. Bally's was her first job after moving to the United States and it very quickly became much more than work for her.
Ameeta felt welcomed from day one by her team and management. And with much of her family still in India, Bally's became that support she needed in a new country. Everyone treats Ameeta like family, from her supervisor and manager to her team and other departments like Security. This is why she's stayed so long and doesn't see herself going anywhere anytime soon.

One of the main things Ameeta has been grateful for is the balance she finds at Bally's. This balance and work freedom is something she's always looked for and feels incredibly lucky to have found. "Before I start work, when I sit in my car, and when I go home, I thank God I'm working in a balanced environment. I'm so thankful I was brought here and so happy I get to do something I'm proud of."
She knows that she could work somewhere else, perhaps another casino, but she loves working at Bally's, making connections, and seeing what she does as more than a job. "I've worked here for many, many years and I still love it. I have no words for what Bally's has done for me."
